WholePath

A mobile-first whole-life planning and reward system that turns interconnected personal goals, routines, responsibilities, and progress into one configurable operating model.

Technical profile

Odoo 19 application module with Python domain logic, PostgreSQL persistence, portal-grade permissions, and a responsive Progressive Web App surface.

Capability demonstrated

Translating nuanced, high-context human routines into a maintainable data model without flattening the experience into a generic task tracker.

The 2.0 planning, checklist, calendar-exchange and backup workflows are implemented, with local checks passing. Next: Complete install and upgrade testing, signed-in browser journeys, and recovery validation before release.

Geospatial optimization

MileMeld

A guest-first route planner that resolves real addresses, optimizes multi-stop field routes, compares distance outcomes, renders the route, and exports usable results.

Technical profile

Next.js and TypeScript application using MapLibre, Geoapify or Nominatim geocoding, OSRM routing, bounded APIs, rate limits, and explicit provider-failure behavior.

Capability demonstrated

Integrating public geospatial services into an honest, resilient workflow with measurable optimization and graceful degradation.

Guest route planning, real-address lookup, optimization for up to 20 stops, map comparison and CSV export are available. Next: Accounts, paid plans and commercial API access remain closed while their supporting controls are completed.

Location-aware experience

Roam Uncommon

A mobile-first platform for curated city games, built around authored routes, group participation, progressive help, and reliable outdoor use without an app-store install.

Technical profile

React and Vinext PWA with PostgreSQL-backed state, QR-assisted joins, shared team sessions, responsive interaction patterns, and support for intermittent connectivity.

Capability demonstrated

Combining editorial content, location context, group state, and short phone interactions into a coherent real-world experience.

Hunt authoring, shared team state, captain controls, group pause and offline clue support are implemented. Next: Verified hunt publication, real-world route testing and launch-service readiness remain ahead of broader availability.

Approval workflow

InkDocket

A lightweight proof-review and production-approval portal that gives print and sign shops a precise, versioned record of what a customer approved.

Technical profile

Next.js, TypeScript, Drizzle, PostgreSQL, and S3-compatible storage with direct short-lived uploads, hashed review tokens, isolated workspaces, and portable container deployment.

Capability demonstrated

Designing a security-conscious document workflow where identity, file storage, version history, and final decisions remain explicit and auditable.

The proof-review foundation is deployed. Recent work has focused on team access, account recovery and preparation for paid plans. Next: Approval reliability, plan enforcement, customer communication and recovery acceptance remain release milestones.

Browser tool suite

PartHarbor Tool Suite

A private-by-default browser workbench for viewing, analyzing, repairing, converting, generating, and validating files used in additive-manufacturing workflows.

Technical profile

A staged multi-tool web architecture with shared file-intake, worker-routing, recipe, provenance, and format contracts designed to hand work cleanly to the desktop system.

Capability demonstrated

Planning a large utility surface as reusable engines and contracts instead of accumulating hundreds of disconnected single-purpose pages.

Local-first 3D-print utilities are deployed, including model inspection, repair, conversion and preparation workflows. Next: The wider catalog continues to expand through tool-specific validation; advanced processing remains bounded and explicitly disclosed.

Local-first desktop

PartHarbor Workbench

A vendor-neutral desktop library and print-workflow system built to keep very large local collections findable, resilient, and under the user’s control.

Technical profile

Tauri 2 and React over a Rust core, SQLite with FTS5, bounded streaming indexers and parsers, durable device identity, recoverable backups, and transactional metadata import.

Capability demonstrated

Cross-platform desktop engineering at the intersection of filesystem safety, high-volume indexing, data recovery, structured search, and native performance.

The desktop interface has been rebuilt around five main destinations, with simpler library and project workflows and improved thumbnails. Next: Packaged desktop, accessibility and cross-platform acceptance remain in progress.

Field operations

Inspector IQ

An installable web app (PWA) that normalizes inspection-provider exports and turns a day of assignments into a practical, ordered route.

Technical profile

React and Vinext web application with a provider-neutral TypeScript core, CSV normalization, local route planning, optional routing adapters, and strict minimization of data sent to providers.

Capability demonstrated

Creating a clean operational layer across inconsistent third-party data while keeping provider dependencies replaceable and sensitive fields contained.

Provider-neutral import and route-planning foundations are in place, with continued work on privacy, audit history, recovery and calendar workflows. Next: Broader field-device validation and external routing-provider integration remain development priorities.

Browser tool suite

KerfCanvas Tool Suite

A browser workbench for laser and cutting workflows, spanning design preparation, vector and raster utilities, calibration, generators, and machine-independent analysis.

Technical profile

Monorepo architecture for site, tools, and canonical contracts, with deterministic document and geometry boundaries designed for reuse across browser and desktop surfaces.

Capability demonstrated

Building broad product families around shared engines, fixtures, and data contracts so web utilities and installed software agree on the work.

The searchable browser catalog and focused design-preparation workspaces are deployed, grouping related cutting and laser utilities by task. Next: Individual tool outcomes continue through validation and refinement; the browser release is separate from Desktop.

Multiplayer party games

GameNight

A shared-screen party-game platform where guests join from their phones, with a warm tabletop interface and a collection of social, drawing, card and strategy games.

Technical profile

.NET and Blazor with SignalR multiplayer sessions, PostgreSQL persistence, private player views, recoverable game state and local YARG integration in development.

Capability demonstrated

Coordinating shared displays, individual phone controllers, persistent game rules and reconnect behavior across a live group experience.

The PostgreSQL rebuild and multiplayer recovery have substantial automated coverage across a 17-game launch scope. Next: Finish game-specific acceptance, local YARG and device testing, starter-content review and recovery rehearsal before public cutover.

Design and machine control

KerfCanvas Desktop

An offline-first editor and machine-control application for preparing vector and raster operations, previewing the exact planned output, and running supported GRBL laser hardware safely.

Technical profile

Tauri-based Windows and Linux application with a versioned document model, deterministic preview and G-code pipeline, simulator and fault harness, GRBL 1.1 state machine, crash recovery, and explicit safety controls.

Capability demonstrated

Engineering trustworthy human-in-the-loop machine control where preview fidelity, hardware state, failure containment, and accessible emergency actions are release requirements.

Canvas, layers, selection, grouped editing, masking and preview workflows have advanced through the latest interface remediation phase. Next: Native acceptance and real-machine validation remain necessary before a general release.

Tabletop browser games

Boardlark

A collection of games designed for a tablet laid flat in the middle of the table, acting as a shared game board for people playing together in person.

Product direction

Tablet-first game interfaces with shared board views, readable touch controls, and rules that make the device part of a face-to-face table session.

Current stage

Name, domain, and visual brand kit are prepared. Game design, playable prototypes, and device testing are still ahead.
